Great value for money with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The low walls in the room added a fun twist, but tall guests might want to watch out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the Gower. The host was communicative and helpful, and the property description and photos were accurate.
Breakfast choices could be improved with the addition of towels, shampoo, and a jug for filling the kettle.

I had a great little base for my travels to the Gower at The Garage @ The Old Vicarage in Swansea. The modern place had everything I needed for my short stay. Although the room had low ceilings, I quickly adjusted and enjoyed the unique feel of the attic room. The bed was comfortable, and the heat was on for my arrival. I also appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities, as well as the fridge for storing drinks and snacks. The location in Uplands was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite some minor inconveniences, like the small sink in the bathroom and the steep streets in the area, overall, I would recommend this hotel for a shorter stay.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great too, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and communicated well.
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety of options.

The bed was a bit low and the mattress was old and uncomfortable, with noisy springs. It was definitely not a restful night for us.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The heat was turned on before our arrival, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. The bed was comfy and provided a good night's sleep. the tea/coffee making facilities were sufficient, and there was a large TV available to enjoy watching rugby matches. The owners provided excellent service, promptly addressing any issues that arose, such as a minor problem with the sink plug in the bathroom.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room had a low apex ceiling, causing us to bump our heads initially, but we quickly adjusted.

The location was perfect, close to a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars. The provided private parking was a great convenience. The communication with the owner was quick and easy, and they checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The sloping roofs in the room made it difficult to move around comfortably, especially for taller guests. The lack of headspace meant that sitting anywhere other than the bed or the small chairs in the middle of the room was challenging.
